Hon Chris Bishop: The Kāinga Ora Board has one chair, one deputy chair, and five members and one vacant position. The Tāmaki Redevelopment Company Ltd has one Chair and seven directors in total. One of the seven directors is appointed by the Crown, and another is appointed by the Council. The Chair and five other directors are jointly appointed by the shareholders Auckland Council, and Minister of Finance and Minister of Housing.
