Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Health: How many crown appointee positions, if any, are there in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, for the 2025-26 financial year, broken down by board and number of chairs, deputy chairs and members?

Hon David Seymour: I consider the Member's reference to Crown appointees in departments, Crown entities and any other bodies to be vague and very broad. There are over 600 statutory roles in the health system across 51 different entities and, as the Associate Minister of Health, a number of these are appointed by myself as part of my portfolio or by delegation by the Minister of Health. I do not consider it in the public interest to commit tax-payer funded officials' time to collate this information.
