Hon Paul Goldsmith: As already articulated in answer to WPQ 48218 (2024), the topic of discussion was the coalition commitment to amend section 58 of the Marine and Coastal Area Act 2011. The coalition commitment to amend section 58 was endorsed by Cabinet on 28 November 2023.
