53962 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Corrections: How much in total, if any, was spent on renumeration of Crown appointees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, for the 2024-25 financial year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that of the three Crown appointees in Corrections for the 2024-25 financial year, two were external board members, and one was a Corrections employee who was not remunerated in their position as a board member and was paid a salary as part of their substantive role at Corrections. I am further advised that for the 2024-25 financial year, Corrections spent a total of $11,941 on remuneration for Crown appointees. A total of $12,000 is budgeted for remuneration of Crown appointees in Corrections for the 2025-26 financial year. This also my response to WPQ 53982 (2025).
