53961 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Is the minister considering creating criminal or other offences for behaviour such as vagrancy or begging?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: As the Minister of Justice, I am actively considering a range of policy options. I do not consider it appropriate to share my considerations with the Member at this stage. This is also my answer to WPQ 53957 (2024).
