53876 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What measures, if any, have been taken to reduce the prevalence of oral health inequalities among Māori, Pacific Island, and socioeconomically deprived New Zealanders in the quarter January to March 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the ongoing oral health promotion initiative continued during the January to March 2024 quarter. This initiative aims to reduce oral health inequalities among Māori, Pacific peoples, and socioeconomically deprived New Zealanders. I also refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 19827 (2024).
