53864 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Corrections: How many cells in Christchurch Men's Prison (if any) have telephones in them?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Christchurch Men’s Prison (CMP) does not have any cells with authorised prisoner telephones installed. Every cell in CMP has an intercom installed.
