53862 (2024). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: What is the total amount, if any, of individuals who arrived into New Zealand on a Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa during the week of 19th August 2024?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that during the week beginning 19 August, a total of 75 individuals (comprising a mix of principal and secondary applicants) arrived in New Zealand on a Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa. This includes six individuals who arrived on the current Skilled Migrant - Skilled Resident visa and 69 who arrived on the previous Skilled Migrant Category visa. The number of individuals is based on first arrival after the grant of the visa offshore.
