Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that, as at 17 November 2025: Before 9 May 2025, the average payment was $18,367 across 80 unrepresented claims. Since 9 May 2025, the average payment is $23,300 across 15 unrepresented claims.
