53831 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of November 10th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand received four fatality notifications between 10 and 16 November, all of which are awaiting assessment to establish work-relatedness.
