53816 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Does Oranga Tamariki prioritise amongst abuse in care claims; if so, how?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that they do not prioritise amongst abuse in care claims, however if a claimant indicates urgency in their claim this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
