Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the rights of employees to make disclosures under the Protected Disclosures (Protection of Whistleblowers) Act 2022 are not affected by non-disclosure agreements. The non-disclosure agreements signed do not purport to limit any rights of employees to make a protected disclosure.
