53798 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What was the average wait time for each ambulance to hand over patients after arriving at hospital, by week and hospital, between the dates 27 November 2023 – 26 August 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that Health New Zealand does not receive ramping time data by individual ambulance, and ambulance service providers do not have an “off stretcher” timestamp available to determine patient handover.
