53668 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Health: How many, if any, eligible historic abuse survivors with closed claims with the Ministry of Health or Crown Health Financing Agency have received a payment to bring their original payment in line with other redress agencies?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that the Ministry of Health has made 78 payments to eligible survivors to date. Other payments have been made by the lead agency processing the top-up claim for the survivor.
