Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Health: How many, if any, historic abuse survivors with closed claims with the Ministry of Health or Crown Health Financing Agency have lodged a request for a payment to bring their original payment in line with other redress agencies?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that as at 17 November 2025, 113 survivors with closed claims have lodged a request for a top-up payment.
