53436 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many phone and web message contacts, if any, has Inland Revenue received about FamilyBoost to date?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that from 1 July 2024, when the legislation was enacted, up to and including 19 November 2025, we have answered 33,052 phone contacts on the FamilyBoost voice queue and received 24,243 web messages relating to FamilyBoost.
