53318 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Justice: What is the total amount of fees (if anything) charged to disabled people by the Public Trust for acting as a property manager under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988?

Hon Nicole McKee: If the Member can define what they mean by disabled persons I may be able to answer their question. Public Trust does not act as a property manager for disabled individuals per se, it acts for persons the court has determined do not have the capacity to make, or communicate, decisions about their personal care and welfare.
