53262 (2025). Vanushi Walters to the Minister of Housing: Has he received any advice on the consistency of the options the government is considering to “clean up the CBD” with the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990; if so, what was the conclusion of the advice for each option?

Hon Chris Bishop: My office has not received advice from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development on consistency of options being considered with the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990.
