Hon Brooke van Velden: Classification of personnel by Fire and Emergency New Zealand (Fire and Emergency) is an operational matter. I am advised that classifications of frontline, frontline enabler, and corporate support are based on individual roles and functions they perform, not on which branch they are located in.
