53247 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: In response to Reply 52358 (2025), what are the programme efficiencies that have funded the additional cost of a 5-day waste collection?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that programme efficiencies, including aligning the number of meals delivered with student attendance and uptake, has allowed funding to be reinvested back into the programme.
