53242 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: Why, if at all, was the $3 rate of a school lunch under the external model provision of the Ka Ora, Ka Ako programme changed to a range of $3-$5 for contributing primary schools under external provision as well?
