53233 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What proportion of Pharmac’s total 2023/2024 Financial Year expenditure, if any, was attributable to dispensing costs arising from increased access under the free prescriptions policy?

Hon David Seymour: Dispensing costs are not part of Pharmac’s medicines budget. This cost is reimbursed to pharmacies by Health New Zealand.
