Hon Chris Penk: As part of the day-to-day administration of my office members of my office will send and receive emails discussing key messages and timing of announcements, press releases and other public communications, as well as emails relating to correspondence from the public or official information act requests which are transferred between ministerial offices for response by the responsible minister. I do not believe it is a good use of resource to collate these emails.
