Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as Prime Minister, my engagements with Cook Islands Prime Minister Mark Brown over the course of this year have been limited and informal, for example, brief conversations held on the sidelines of regional summitry. Those engagements have not been appropriate occasions to discuss in detail the state of the relationship between New Zealand and the Cook Islands.
