53173 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Has the Ministry of Health received a copy of the full “Action Plan to Combat Methamphetamine Harm” announced on 9 November 2025; if so, on what date and in what form (Cabinet Minute, work programme, or internal directive)?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that Ministry of Health subject matter experts are involved in the cross-agency work programme and were consulted prior to the paper going to Cabinet. I am further advised that the Cabinet paper will be proactively released by the Ministry of Justice.
