Hon Paul Goldsmith: It is the responsibility of the lead agencies for each of the harm-reduction interventions in the action plan to combat methamphetamine harm to determine the appropriate indicators or evaluation framework for measuring the effectiveness of their intervention. That is, a singular performance indicator or evaluation framework will not be used to measure the collective effectiveness of the harm-reduction interventions.
