53160 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Climate Change: What advice, if any, has the Minister requested regarding the latest round of industrial allocation for New Zealand Units (NZU) under the Climate Change Response Act 2002 (CCRA)?

Hon Simon Watts: I have interpreted the words “the latest round of industrial allocation” to mean the most recent allocation period, that is between 1 January and 30 April 2025 for final allocation for 2024 and provision allocation for 2025. I have not requested any advice regarding the latest round of industrial allocation.
