Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Climate Change: What meetings, if any, has the Minister had with companies who are receiving free allocations, if any, for the latest round of industrial allocation for New Zealand Units (NZU) under the Climate Change Response Act 2002 (CCRA), listed by date and topics discussed?

Hon Simon Watts: I regularly meet with stakeholders on a range of subjects in my capacity as Minister of Climate Change, including on occasion with the large number of firms that are eligible for industrial allocation. My Ministerial diary is proactively released each month detailing all engagements.
