Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Minister for National Security and Intelligence, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Minister National Security and Intelligence, I have received one document from 19 August – 23 August 2024 from my officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) however, it is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. Furthermore, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
