Hon Louise Upston: The International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy is not a contestable fund. The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) and the Department of Conservation (DOC) provide advice to the joint IVL Ministers on the alignment of projects to investment objectives and priorities.
