Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I took the following Cabinet paper to Cabinet during the week beginning 3 November 2025: 3/11/25 - CAB-604: Fast-track Approvals Amendment Bill Introduction, Grocery Competition Government Policy Statement, and MultiProof Amendment Regulations
