52860 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Police: Of the 30,961 alcohol breath tests falsely or erroneously recorded by Police, how many (if any) were falsified without involvement of any member of the public?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised all false or erroneous breath tests were recorded without a driver involved. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 52861 and 52862 (2025).
