52823 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Attorney-General: What is the projected number of graduate roles, if any, that will be offered across the Minister’s departments, agencies, Crown entities, and any other bodies for which the Minister is responsible, as at 1 June 2026?

Hon Judith Collins: As at 1 June 2026, Crown Law (CLO) expects to have no established graduate roles. However, CLO has a current Government Legal Network Graduate programme which commenced in February 2024 and runs for 2 years. As at 1 June 2026 the Parliamentary Counsel Office (PCO) expects to have no established graduate roles. However, the PCO is part of the Government Law Network (GLN) graduate programme and GLN graduates are seconded to the PCO for several months.
