Hon Simeon Brown: The Ministries, Agencies and Departments I am responsible for as Minister of Transport report on contract and consultancy spend annually to the Transport and Infrastructure Committee. I do not consider it in the public interest to commit officials' time to calculating this ahead of these publications.
