Hon Nicola Grigg: In my capacity as Minister of State for Trade, I received the following aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade during the week of 19 August 2024: • Submission - SATE Proposed extension of contract, 21 August 2024 • Covering submission - International Maritime Organisation - Climate change negotiation mandate, 22 August 2024 • Aide Memoire - MFAT's advice on the Cabinet Paper entitled "Providing greater certainty for contracting parties", 23 August 2024 It is not in the public interest to release a further 2 titles that I received during this period; to avoid prejudicing New Zealand’s international relations and protect the economic interests of New Zealand.
