Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that since November 2023 the total spend on contractors/consultants relating to change processes, role disestablishments and restructures since 27 November 2023 is $43,776.55. The Ministry engaged the services of three organisations, as detailed below: • HIVE Workplace Limited - $25,875, November 2023 to March 2024 • Buddle Findlay Limited - $12,268.27, February 2024 to March 2024 • Inside - $5,633.28, June 2024 I am also advised that the Independent Children’s Monitor has not engaged any contractors or consultants to assist in any change processes, role disestablishments, and/or restructures since 27 November 2023.
