52670 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many phone and web message contacts, if any, has Inland Revenue received about FamilyBoost to date?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that from 1 July 2024, when the legislation was enacted, up to and including 12 November 2025, we have answered 32,845 phone contacts on the FamilyBoost voice queue and received 24,099 web messages relating to FamilyBoost.
