Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: On what date, if any, was his office informed that Hon Andrew Bayly had lodged a request for an inquiry with the Public Service Commission regarding Ministerial Services handling of the allegations that led to his resignation in February 2025?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I am advised my office does not have a record of the exact date, as it was raised with my Chief of Staff via phone call. I am advised that was likely in May this year.
