Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I am advised my Chief of Staff does not keep a record of phone calls which may have touched on Mr Bayly’s request. He does recall having conversations about the request with myself, Hon Bayly, Hon Bayly’s support people, and officials from DIA and PSC.
