52570 (2025). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Resources: Has he sought or received advice from Crown Law or the Treasury on whether the $200 million co-investment in gas fund could expose the Crown to commercial liability or indemnity risks?

Hon Shane Jones: I have received a range of advice on the Gas Security Fund. I have not sought or received direct advice from Treasury or Crown Law Office, but my officials at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment have engaged with Treasury and the Crown Law Office in developing advice on the fund.
