Hon Chris Bishop: The below projects started construction in the following months: July 2025: - Hutt Valley Te Whare Ahuru Acute Mental Health Unit, Wellington August 2025: - Papakura District Court Interim Courthouse, Auckland - SH76 Brougham Street, Canterbury September 2025: - Kidz First and McIndoe Building Recladding, Middlemore Hospital, Auckland - Plant Health & Environment Capability Laboratory, Auckland - SH29 Tauriko – Omanawa Bridge – Bay of Plenty - SH1 Ōtaki to north of Levin, Horowhenua - SH2 Melling Interchange, Wellington October 2025: - Dunedin Hospital Sterile Services Unit, Dunedin - Rolleston Access Improvements – Package 1, Canterbury Regarding School property projects across the country, it is forecast that $792m worth of projects will have started by 31 December 2025. 74 of these projects already entered construction in Q3 2025.
