Hon Dr Shane Reti: The following information is collated and reported to me on a monthly basis: - Cashflow & Balance Sheet - FTE actual and Budget by personnel type - Statement of Financial Performance (Profit and Loss view) - Full year forecast and actual year to date, variance with commentary - Capital Expenditure Budget, actual and variance - Cash Balances (daily for all days of the month) - Paid FTE Budget, actual, and variance with commentary. I am advised that this information is also reported to the Finance and Audit Committee of Health New Zealand’s Board; and to the Board/Commissioner. It is not publicly available information.
