52451 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: What services, if any, of the "50 new services", other than the "additional services for high and complex needs, and the expansion of the Fast Track programme" will Oranga Tamariki procure, listed in full?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised Oranga Tamariki are still working through the scope and early design of these services. As the needs of children change, so must the services Oranga Tamariki fund. Contracting decisions are an operational matter and are the responsibility of the Chief Executive of Oranga Tamariki.
