52412 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: In response to Reply 39604, how many, if any, education reviews regarding home schooling have been undertaken from 1 January 2024 - 21 August 2024, and what was the outcome of each review; listed by review, date and outcome?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that two education reviews have been requested by the Ministry since 1 January 2024, one of which has been completed. The completed education review report was dated 12 April 2024. The exemption for enrolment has been continued as the child is being taught at least as regularly and as well as in a registered school.
