52388 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: What teams, business units, and functions in the Minister’s departments, if any, have been disestablished since November 2023, and how many FTE were in them?

Hon Judith Collins: At PCO, two Senior Operations Analysts were disestablished in the People, Services and Delivery Group, which equated to 2FTE. These were replaced by 2FTE in newly established positions. The Crown Law organisational design decisions resulted in some reductions in FTE and changes to reporting lines in various teams and business units, but no total teams, business units or functions were disestablished.
