52383 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What teams, business units, and functions in the Minister’s departments, if any, have been disestablished since November 2023, and how many FTE were in them?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Excluding any business units that are time-limited, the only Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) business unit that has been disestablished since 27 November 2023 is the Strategy Unit, which was disestablished on 30 June 2024. The Strategy Unit had 6 fixed term equivalents. No business unit within the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has been disestablished since 27 November 2023.
