52382 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What teams, business units, and functions in the Minister’s departments, if any, have lost 30% or more FTEs since November 2023, and how many FTEs have they been reduced by?

Hon Simeon Brown: MoT: I am advised that the Ministry of Transport stood up a new structure on 6 November 2023 following a change process. The following teams have had 30% or more FTEs disestablished since 6 November 2023: Auckland Light Rail team - 8 FTE Major Projects team - 6 FTE CAA: Nil response. NZTA: I am advised that one business group within NZTA has decreased its FTE by more than 30 per cent: the Chief of Staff Office has decreased by 44 per cent, a reduction of 4 FTE.
