52362 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: How often, if at all, can Gilmours, as a wholesaler for the Ka Ora, Ka Ako programme, increase the prices on the ingredients they provide to internal providers of the programme?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that the agreement with Gilmours enables them to amend their prices on agreed ingredients termly (notified one month before the start of each school term).
