Hon Judith Collins: I note the roles of the EPA including: - Hazardous substances - EE2 Marine activities - New organisms - Industrial allocations of New Zealand's units in the Emissions Trading Scheme - RMA proposals - Fast track consenting -Compliance, monitoring and enforcements.
