52347 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: How many students, if any, were enrolled in Home Education in 2024; relating to how many home schooling families?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that number of students enrolled in Home Education fluctuates throughout the year. The rolling monthly number of active home educated students is provided below: • As at 31 January 2024: 11,085 • As at 29 February 2024: 10,801 • As at 31 March 2024: 10,826 • As at 30 April 2024: 10,787 • As at 31 May 2024: 10,806 • As at 30 June 2024: 10,844 • As at 31 July 2024: 11,013 • As at 31 August 2024: 11,011 • As at 30 September 2024: 11,091 • As at 31 October 2024: 11,131 • As at 30 November 2024: 11,236 • As at 31 December 2024: 11,312.
